When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

Function: Binds DNA through the consensus sequence 5'-CAATG-3'. May be involved in transcriptional regulation and may play a role in tooth formation. Subcellular Location: Nucleus. Tissue Specificity: In the embryo, expressed in developing craniofacial structures including dental epithelium of maxillary molar tooth organs, tongue epithelium and muscle, and craniofacial bone osteoblasts. In the adult, expressed in mesoderm-derived tissues such as skeletal muscle, heart, kidney and liver. Intermediate expression in spleen, thymus and brain. Low levels in endoderm-derived tissues such as intestine and colon. Similarity: Belongs to the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. Contains 5 C2H2-type zinc fingers.
