Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background:
CTNNAL1 acts as a scaffold in the Rho signalling pathway. May modulate the Rho pathway signaling by providing a scaffold for the Lbc Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor. There are three different isoforms.
Function:
May modulate the Rho pathway signaling by providing a scaffold for the Lbc Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor (ARHGEF1).
Subunit:
Interacts with ARHGEF1.
Subcellular Location:
Cytoplasm, cytoskeleton. Cell membrane; Peripheral membrane protein.
Tissue Specificity:
Widely expressed. Expressed at lower level in neural tissues and at the highest level in the adrenal gland.
Similarity:
Belongs to the vinculin/alpha-catenin family.
