| 產(chǎn)品介紹 |
意義：超氧化物歧化酶 (Superoxide dismutase, SOD; EC 1.15.1.1) 廣泛存在于動(dòng)物、植物、微生物和培養(yǎng)細(xì)胞中，可以催化超氧化物陰離子發(fā)生岐化作用，生成H2O2和O2。SOD不僅是超氧化物陰離子清除酶，也是H2O2主要生成酶，在生物抗氧化系統(tǒng)中具有重要作用。 原理：通過黃嘌呤及黃嘌呤氧化酶反應(yīng)系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生超氧陰離子(O2-.)，O2-.可還原氮藍(lán)四唑生成藍(lán)色甲臜，后者在 560nm 處有吸收；SOD 可清除 O2-.，從而抑制了甲臜的形成；反應(yīng)液藍(lán)色越深，說明 SOD 活性愈低，反之活性越高。 |
